Cal Newport is the author of Deep Work and So Good They Can't Ignore You, which I believe to be two of the most essential and relevant books at the point of history we're living in.

Even if you have very strong reasons for why you would never quit social media, the talk will probably still be relevant to you because it’s much deeper than that: it’s about what’s real value and what’s superficial easy-to-replicate clutter.
